DUST OFF YOUR BOOTS: 'COUNTRIFIED’ FESTIVAL DEBUTS AT DISTILLERY ROAD MARKET!
Distillery Road Market (DRM) is proud to announce that it is hosting the inaugural “Countrified” country music festival on January 10th 2026, as part of a series of free, all ages, community music festivals at the venue. This exciting event will be the final installment in DRM's annual music festival series, dedicated to bringing vibrant, genre-led experiences to the local community, in free, all-ages, community events.
"Countrified” features a lineup of both local and national talent, with a diverse lineup of modern country, country-pop and country-rock artists. The lineup kicks off with local powerhouse, Tate Cole, who is quickly becoming known as one of Brisbane's best country frontmen. Claudia Tripp and Chelsea Berman are both travelling from interstate to be a part of the Countrified lineup, bringing their country-pop tunes to the DRM stage. First nations country artist Loren Ryan, brings her signature country music to the countrified lineup, known for blending country music with storytelling and her traditional language.
Bella Mackenzie, originally growing up in regional Australia, is next on the lineup, and enters a new era of her country-pop career, after quickly becoming Australia’s most exciting new voice in country music. Headlining the festival is Josh Setterfield, a trailblazing powerhouse, one of the hardest-working, most exciting entertainers in country music today. Known for his high-energy performances, he continues to push boundaries, creating a pathway entirely his own, lighting up stages with an unseen energy in country music.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Distillery Road Market's world-class live music facilities, the festival will offer a unique and immersive experience for attendees of all ages. In addition to the incredible music, festival-goers can enjoy a variety of delicious food offerings from DRM's renowned vendors, as well as refreshing beverages from Perentie Brewing Co.
The event will be family-friendly, providing a safe and welcoming space for everyone to come together and enjoy live music. Distillery Road Market is dedicated to fostering community connections and providing accessible, high-quality entertainment. By offering free entry for all ages, "IndieFest" ensures that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy this unforgettable musical experience.
