Competition Terms and Conditions
Perentie Brewing Co. 1st Birthday Promotion
1. General
1.1 The Perentie Brewing Co. 1st Birthday Promotion (Competition) is run Perentie Brewstillery Pty
Ltd ACN 645 405 312 (Promoter).
1.2 Information of entry into the Competition and the prizes available are included in these terms
and conditions (Terms). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible.
Your participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1.3 The Competition has one (1) relevant promotional period commencing on 11:00am Thursday
12 December 2024 and ending at 9:00pm on Sunday 15 December 2024 (Promotional Period).
1.4 The Competition is run as an instant win competition whereby instant win scratch-off tickets
are provided to Eligible Entrants during the Promotional Period.
1.5 The Competition will include one Second Chance Draw which will be drawn at 12:00pm
Wednesday 18 December.
2. Competition Entry and Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is only open to residents in the State of Queensland who are over the age of
18 years (Eligible Entrants).
2.2 During the Promotional Period, each Eligible Entrant will be given one instant win scratch-off
ticket for each spend of $30.00 (ex GST) or more in a single transaction at Perentie Brewing
Co. at Distillery Road Market during the Promotional Period.
2.3 Employees of the Promoter, the Immediate Families of the Promoter, any person involved in
conducting the Competition, and any person involved in the management of the Promoter is
prohibited from entering the Competition. For the purposes of this clause “Immediate
families” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle,
aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
2.4 For the purpose of the Second Chance Draw, all scratched instant win scratch-off tickets
become the property of the Promoter once the Eligible Entrant has completed the personal
details section of the scratch-off ticket. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for
late, lost, incomplete, indecipherable or illegible scratch-off tickets.
2.5 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant (including an entrant’s
identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an
entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver
of those rights.

3. Competition Prizes
3.1 The Competition prizes consist of:
(a) 1 x Main Prize – 1 Year’s Supply of Perentie Brewing Co. Beer (1 x carton per month,
16 x beers per carton);
(b) 399 x other prizes as detailed in clause 3.4; and
(c) 1 Second Chance Draw – 1 Year’s Supply of Perentie Brewing Co. Beer (1 x carton per
month, 16 x beers per carton).
3.2 There is a 1 in 3 chance of being an instant win scratch-off ticket prize winner, because 400 of
the available 1200 instant win scratch-off tickets are winners.
3.3 To be eligible for the Second Chance Draw all Eligible Entrants regardless of whether their
instant win scratch-off ticket wins or not will need to complete their personal details and tick
the relevant box to subscribe to the newsletter of the Promoter (Second Chance Entries).
3.4 Instant win scratch-off ticket prizes include:
(a) 159 x Stubby Coolers – RRP $10ea. = total RRP $1590
(b) 25 x Growlers – RRP $75ea. = total RRP $1875
(c) 15 x Caps – RRP $45ea. = total RRP $675
(d) 30 x T-shirts – RRP $50ea. = total RRP $1500
(e) 50 x 2pk Perentie Glasses – RRP $30ea. = total RRP $1500
(f) 90 x 4pk Perentie Beer – RRP $25ea. = total RRP $2250
(g) 30 x Cartons Perentie Beer – RRP $79ea. = total RRP $2370
(h) 1 x 1 Year’s Supply of Perentie – RRP $948
Total prize pool is valued at RRP $12,708
3.5 The Second Chance Draw prize is 1 Year’s Supply of Perentie Brewing Co. Beer valued at $948.
3.6 The total prize pool in this Competition is $13,656.
3.7 If a prize or any component of a prize is not available for any reason (including at the time of
any redraw), the Promoter in its discretion reserves the right to substitute a prize or any
component of a prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification of the prize in
question, subject to any written directions from various lottery departments.
3.8 None of the prizes are transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

3.9 Each prize may be subject to further terms and conditions from third parties which are beyond
the control of the Promoter and the winners of each prize must accept those further terms
and conditions (if applicable) as a condition of accepting the prize.
4. Second Chance Draw
4.1 The Second Chance Draw will be drawn at random on 12:00pm Wednesday 18 December from
all Second Chance Entries and the winner will be contacted via email and/or phone call to the
email address and/or phone number provided on the instant win scratch-off ticket.
4.2 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.3 In the event a Second Chance Draw prize is, for any reason, not claimed within three months
from the date the winner is drawn, a redraw will occur.
5. Redemption of Prizes
5.1 Eligible Entrants who win an instant win scratch-off prize will need to claim the prize during
the Promotional Period.
5.2 The Second Chance Draw prize must be redeemed within the 3-month period.
5.3 The details of each prize winner may be published in or on any traditional publication or digital
media platform as required for the Promotor to comply with various legislation governing this
Competition. By entering, you consent to the publication of your personal details for this
purpose.
