LACE UP FOR AN EPIC ALL-AGES SKATE DISCO AT DRM THIS APRIL

Distillery Road Market (DRM) is excited to announce its upcoming market events this April, featuring DRM’s Bazaar Markets on April 6 and 20, and an all-ages Skate Disco hosted by Rolla Bae at DRM’s Trucks & Tunes on April 15.

Promising a fun-filled evening of skate demos, live entertainment, artisan market stalls, food trucks and more, DRM’s Skate Disco is a unique opportunity for families, friends and skaters to show off their moves.

Skaters of all levels can get ready to roll at the pop-up rink, either BYO skates or rent them onsite for just $10. Skate sessions run for an hour long, with rink entry only $10 (ages 5+).

There’s never been a better time to support and shop local. Browse through more than 40 artisan market stalls inside DRM’s Market Hall, featuring locally made products like homemade treats, beauty products, plants, pet products, homewares and more.

Foodies can indulge in delicious eats from local food truck operators or enjoy the delicious fare of onsite outlets, including Kiwanda Café, Aus-Tex inspired smoked meats from Sugar Creek Smokehouse and the flavours of Mexican street food at Posadas Cantina, then wash them down with a refreshing drink from the Burleigh Craft Bar.

Free live entertainment will also be in full swing throughout the evening, featuring the best local musicians from across SEQ on the main stage. Enjoy the live music from local singer-songwriter Eleea, and rocking the main stage, Tractor Pull Band with their country western punk infused tunes, and Mason Rack Band’s killer vocals and guitar sets.

Expect a night packed with good vibes, great food and fantastic company at DRM’s Trucks & Tunes on April 15 from 4-9pm – the perfect opportunity to gather the gang and enjoy everything on offer at the new lifestyle and entertainment hub.

DRM’s Bazaar Markets return on Thursday, April 6 and 20 from 4-8pm, showcasing the best local artisans, makers and creators SEQ has to offer.

Chocolate lovers can get their fix on April 6, with a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny who will be giving out chocolate eggs just in time for Easter.

Meander through the markets, treat yourself, grab a bite to eat or enjoy the live music by local musicians – there’s something for everyone at Distillery Road Market this April.

Located off Exit 35 of the M1 Motorway with more than 600 car parks at the precinct, DRM is located advantageously along the Gold Coast and Brisbane growth corridor in the rapidly growing Logan City, making the markets both visible and easily assessable from the motorway.

With free entry, parking and entertainment, DRM’s market experiences have been created to celebrate and showcase the best of SEQ’s marketeers and food vendors.
