DRM UNVEILS A HAUNTINGLY DELIGHTFUL MARKET THIS OCTOBER

Distillery Road Market (DRM) is brewing up a cauldron of spooky delights and bewitching free entertainment this October with a pop-up Halloween themed market and movie night.

As the sun sets, DRM’s Market Hall will be transformed into an eerie haven of free family fun and entertainment at DRM’s Trucks & Tunes Halloween themed pop-up market on Saturday 21 October from 4-9pm.

Channel the spirit of Halloween by dressing up as your inner ghost or ghoul and enjoy a hauntingly good free movie The Addams Family and live and local entertainment from Tractor Pull and Electric Waves on the main stage, with Eimhin in the Sugar Creek Smokehouse eating area.

No Halloween is complete without delicious and delectable treats and DRM will have a wide range of mouth-watering delights to choose from. Indulge in street food eats from Fried Guys Food Truck (burgers and fries), Get Loaded (loaded potato rostis), OMG Donuts Logan (vegan and GF donuts), and brews by the on-site Burleigh Craft Bar. 

Crowd favourite DRM’s Bazaar Market returns to kick off the month on Thursday 5 October from 4-8pm.

Immerse yourself and meander the monthly market as DRM hosts a wide range of the best local vendors from across SEQ.

Explore a stacked line-up of market vendors showcasing fresh produce, meats, seafood, small goods, spices, bulk foods, artisan wares, jewellery, pet products, children’s products, homewares, gift ideas and much more.

Showcasing the region’s best food growers, small-batch producers and local artisans, DRM’s Farmer’s Market returns on Saturday 28 October from 7am-12pm and makes the perfect place to stock up on fresh produce and delicious pantry items.

Held within DRM’s expansive indoor Market Hall, the DRM Farmer’s Market features a mix of fresh produce growers, small goods, baked treats, spices, preserves, jams and chutneys, artisan makers showcasing, jewellery, pet products, children’s products, homewares, plants along with vintage, retro and collectable clothing, plus much more.

Keep fuelled thanks to local food and drink vendors or enjoy speciality coffee from Zarraffa’s Coffee’s factory concept café, Kiwanda Café. 

Best of all – entry into the Farmer’s Market and DRM is always free, there’s plenty of free on-site parking and it’s a dog friendly space.
